Gone But Not Forgotten: Christopher Thompkins

In January 2002, 20-year-old Christopher Thompkins mysteriously vanished while working as a land surveyor in the woods near Ellerslie, Georgia. Walking just 50 feet behind his coworkers, he disappeared without a sound, leaving behind only a boot, scattered coins, and his tools near a barbed wire fence. Despite extensive searches using helicopters, dogs, and ground teams, no trace of him was ever found. Theories about his disappearance range from foul play and disorientation to supernatural or extraterrestrial involvement, yet none have been substantiated. Over 20 years later, his family continues to seek answers, but the case remains an unsolved enigma, haunting those involved and leaving behind one of Georgia's most baffling mysteries.
