IngerShaye Colzie – A psychotherapist and ADHD executive-leadership coach, IngerShaye is the founder and chair of the ADHD Black Professionals Alliance, a nonprofit organisation supporting Black professionals and Black people with ADHD. She brings a richness of lived experience, cultural insight and professional coaching to her work, particularly empowering Black women executives and entrepreneurs living with ADHD.

Dr Tamara Rosier – Coach, author and founder of the ADHD Center of West Michigan, Tamara brings years of leadership, teaching and consulting experience to the ADHD world. Her books (“Your Brain’s Not Broken” and “You, Me & Our ADHD Family”) and her conference presentations help bridge science, coaching and real-life emotion. She also serves in leadership in the international ADHD coaching community.

Pippa Simou – Based in the UK, Pippa is a chartered coaching psychologist specialising in supporting girls and women with ADHD. With a background in teaching and education, and her own ADHD-diagnosis journey, she founded the organisation The ADD‑Vantage to advocate, coach and mentor for female neurodivergent lives.
