Joy at Work: Reclaiming Leadership through Love

Joy at Work: Reclaiming Leadership through Love

Joy at Work: Reclaiming Leadership through Love - Exposing the Hidden Reality | Season 5 | Episode 9

What does it mean to lead with love—especially when the world expects something harder, faster, tougher?

Join us for what is sure to be a thoughtful and perspective-shifting conversation with Gretchen Schott, co-author of Joy@Work: When Women Lead. We'll be exploring her chapter, Choosing to Lead with Love. Gretchen’s story begins in personal loss and unfolds into a powerful reminder: love, joy, and authenticity are not weaknesses in leadership. They are the strategy for creating impact, resilience, and real change.

How might leading with humility and confidence change workplace culture?

Is Joy necessary at work?

What value might there be in reclaiming purpose and influence in the middle of burnout or change?

If you've ever questioned whether leadership requires hardness or if you're longing to lead from a place of deeper meaning, this is a conversation for you!
