Celebrating 10 years of Kic!

Our business - Kic - is 10 years old! To celebrate, we decided to do something a little different this week, and invite three of our community members into the studio to join us for the episode!

We spoke through our health & fitness journeys over the past decade and the role that the Kic app and community have played in it.
