Fitch Ratings assigned ‘A’ long-term ratings to Boeing proposed issuance of US$1.4 billion of senior unsecured notes. The notes will be issued in four parts, with maturities of 2023, 2028, 2038, and 2048. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, but Fitch believes this issuance could be considered a refinancing of debt maturing later in 2018.
