Unfiltered Evolution: Our Journey Together

In this season finale, we are peeling back the layers on the years we don't usually talk about. For Stacey, it was a "long seven years" of silence that she is finally ready to break. For Kaitlyn, it was a sudden ultimatum in a corporate office that forced her to make a terrifying choice between security and self-belief.

We’ve spent this season asking our guests to reveal their darkest "rock bottom" moments - the moments where everything fell apart before it came together. But we’ve never turned the mic on ourselves...until today.

We’re also opening up our personal journals to share the vision boards we’ve built for 2026.
