Jess emphasises the importance of "doing the work" to unlearn monogamous norms, reframing jealousy, and establishing clear boundaries, particularly not dating monogamous individuals or poly people with negative views on swinging. She covers body image issues and overcoming a hierarchy in the swinging community that sometimes invalidates single participants.
