Eight-year-old Relisha Rudd was missing for almost a month before anyone reported her disappearance. She was last seen with someone who is no longer able to be questioned by police. Relisha disappeared from the D.C. homeless shelter where she lived with her family. She was last seen March 1, 2014, at a Northeast D.C. motel.
