We recap our last week of gameplay and experiences with Routes before digging in to the latest announcements. The focus was almost exclusively International with news about the Air Adventures Event as well as three announced City Safari Events. The footprint this game has globally is pretty awesome. Glittering Garden will be our first event of August and brings us a global preview of GO Fest Osaka and London. This idea is really fun and helps Trainers around the world feel included in the GO Fest fun. Are you ready? The long awaited Raid lobby “Ready Up” button is starting to roll out. This has to be one of the most requested QoL updates we have seen over the years. We can’t wait until we have our hands on it! Our Poke The Bear this week is on the spicy side, and it opens up an interesting dialogue. We asked if there was a noticeable shift in tone and content from creators. With more creators airing their feelings out openly, it seems like some are embracing the negative engagement. We are split on how it makes us feel because while we want to be supportive of the game, we also want to be entertained by fun content.
