Andy & Dan convene to discuss one of Springfield's most historically-important Chinese establishments, Shanghai Inn, along with its sort of sister-restaurant, Peking House. They are joined by Andy Sun, whose mother and father founded both restaurants decades ago. It turns out that her mother, Aurora, had an impact on Springfield-style Chinese food that rivals the significance of David Leong's. Dual reviews follow an extended interview, as well as the regular Chinese New Year segments and a brand new addition to the show that neither Dan nor Andy predicted beforehand, but about which they are both thrilled.
