BTA Ridecast - The "D"rail-leur

The "D"rail-leur is a 320km rail-trail loop in the Ottawa Valley and Highlands west of Ottawa. I had previously been shown the route by a friend, but from all the research I could do, I did not find anyone had given it a name, and thus I decided to name it the "D"rail-leur, because it looks like a huge letter D, it's rail-trail, and a bike has a derailleur.

In this episode I talk about my first experience riding at an ultra-endurance pace, where I challenged myself to ride the loop in a one-day period. Have to listen to learn about what I did, how I accomplished it, and what I would do differently in the future.
