Sheelagh Daly | Bike Touring in Europe and Nutrition

In this episode of the Bike Tour Adventures podcast, I have a chance to talk with Sheelagh Daly. Working in the Toronto bike industry, being an avid bike traveller, nutritionist and YouTube content creator, it was great to sit back and hear her story. Throughout this talk, I learned how Sheelagh jumped head-first into touring by cycling from Scotland to Croatia. We also talked about cycling nutrition, not just for traditional touring, but also bikepacking and bikepack racing. Finally, we touched on what it's like working in the cycling industry.
