What is Intimacy?

Intimacy refers to the level of closeness between two people. It can be expressed in various forms and is not limited to romantic or sexual relationships. There are different types of intimacy, including physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.

In this episode we talk openly about what intimacy in our lives currently looks like. The challenges to connect, the changes that have taken place over time, and tips on how to make things work when you just don't feel like being intimate.

We also discuss how intimacy can show up in different relationships in our lives. It isn't always easy to talk about what makes you feel close to someone or what is lacking your relationships. We get venerable and discuss some of things that work and don't work.
