In 1999, a Colorado man named Paul was raising his beautiful daughter Sarah, and he was running a successful business... however, in February of that year, something so awful happened to Paul, Sarah, and one of Paul's workers... that it would cause fear, and have the people of the city asking... what happened and who did it?
