My Experience with Motherhood

Sophie opens up about her journey to becoming a mom, sharing the ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum and day to day life. She touches on her challenges with breastfeeding, the chaos she experiences day to day and how she struggled with her identity after transitioning to motherhood. She answers questions from her community about making mom friends, mom guilt, expectations as well as her favorite activities to do with her boys and how she learned to ask for help.
