Unfinished Business with Giacomo Poggi

This week on the podcast in honor of football season we have a semi pro football player Giacomo Poggi! Giacomo is also one of our friends from over at peak nutrition! He is 27 years old. Moved out here 5 years ago from Northern California. Went to ASU, graduated in 2020 with my BS in Exercise and Wellness. Played sports his whole life, football being the main one. From pop warner to high school, all the way up to junior college and now still playing semi-pro ball here in Phoenix. He did personal training for a little over a year until getting hired on at Peak Nutrition earlier this year. “I am Very passionate about fitness, nutrition and helping people in any way I can with those two areas to better their life mentally and of course, physically.”
