Jeff shares his story about how and why he started practicing meditation as well as how mindfulness helps him untangle the mind from his thoughts/emotions/actions. Jeff says it is essential for people, espeically first respondeers, to train their minds as the mind is the command center and most powerful weapon. Take a listen and share your takeaways with us on Instagram @OneWade and @Takeda_Training_Concepts
