This video looks at the various methods we can use to determine whether or not we were with a narcissist in a past or present romantic relationship. We look at using a much overlooked method of detecting narcissistic abuse, which although primitive, can be very effective. Hoping this video is relatable and throws further light on what it actually feels like, to go through this horrendous experience, with the person who claims to love you most.
