Can a narcissist change? Self aware narcissist perspective

Today's episode is about the prospects of a narcissist changing. I am a diagnosed narcissist that has been in therapy for nearly 4 years and I give my perspective on the topic here.

I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
