Dr. Leana Wen is an emergency physician, public health professor at George Washington University, and a passionate advocate for patient-centered healthcare reform. Today, we’re talking with her about the coronavirus, everything we need to know and how to prepare. She is also a public health professor at George Washington University and previously served as Baltimore's Health Commissioner. Wen is the author of the critically-acclaimed book, When Doctors Don’t Listen. She also has a TED talk on transparency in medicine which has been viewed over 2 million times. In 2019, Dr. Wen was named one of TIME magazine’s 100 Most Influential People.
