July 14th: Mohamed Sailmene Lahouaij-Bouhlel Kills (2016) When the person responsible for a crime is killed before they are taken into custody, it’s impossible to get the full story, or full scope, of their crime. On July 14th 2016 a man took the lives of 86 people and was killed by police before he could be taken into custody.
