Chad Martin has seen the finance world’s ongoing evolution first-hand. After 10 years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, he became a CFO, a role he’s held for 17 years in healthcare, energy, and software companies. Currently driving finance at MeridianLink, he spearheaded the company’s successful IPO in 2020. We discussed the challenges occurring in the finance department when a company goes public.
