Terry Neely was a 46 year old disabled man from Phoenix, Arizona. He lived in an assisted living facility, and was well liked in the community. Unfortunately Terry’s desire to make friends and talk to people in the neighborhood lured him into one of the most heinous crimes the police had ever seen.
