Chantal Umali is a Yoga Teacher and Business woman based in the Philippines. She began her yoga practice in late 2011 as an attempt to alleviate her mounting physical ailments. Little did she know that a simple home yoga practice would unravel into a miraculous journey towards weight loss, recovery from depression and a completely different lifestyle altogether. Chantal is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 200 and has been sharing her passion for yoga by leading Beginner-friendly yoga classes since 2014. She lives in Manila with her daughter.
