Today, we'll be discussing the history of the Room of Requirement and the mystery of who created it.Located along the left hand corridor on the seventh floor of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the Room of Requirement is an ever-elusive chamber that only appears when it is truly needed by someone who just so happens to be passing by. When such a need is sensed by the Room, its hidden entrance is said to appear right across the hallway from the castle's well-known tapestry of Barnabas the Barmy--the one which portrays his ill-advised attempt to teach the ballet to a group of trolls. But how long as this mysterious room been around for?
