In these fast-moving times and an environment with more and more distractions, it is easy to get caught up and drop your awareness.

Lack of being cognitive can mean we have lost out on opportunities or dangers. But times have changed, haven’t they? After all, the idea of focusing on everything seems impossible, especially when we already feel caught up with other things we think are important.

However, what if there was more to life to be aware of than just the 5 senses? We are not talking about responsibilities of job, family, health, and our friends and neighbors (though those can still occupy our minds). Being aware involves a kind of extrasensory sensitivity beyond the 5 senses. And it also involves not being caught up by the resonances, frequencies, thoughts, and intentions of others.

But...how?
