Tommy Lynn Sells was charged with murder, rape and attempted murder for crimes that he committed in 1999, however, he has confessed to being responsible for over 70 murders, a claim which has never been confirmed. His official victim count stands at 22, making him an extremely dangerous serial killer. Could this Oakland, California born serial killer be one of the most prolific of all time?
