Hello everyone and welcome to our first ever international episode of Sound of Coaching! In this episode we will be discussing coaches mentoring coaches and how to help them on their journey to become better coaches. How does one choose someone to mentor? What are some important things in the relationship between a mentor and the mentored? Our guest is Michael Poropat who is currently the head men's soccer (football) coach at Louisiana State University of Alexandria. Having experience on different levels as a player and a coach, Poropat offers great inside on mentoring other coaches.
