#62 - John Rios: The Healing Power of Forgiveness

This week's episode with John Rios is by far the most emotional one we have ever recorded. John has spent the last 2.5 years on a spiritual journey to find out exactly what was causing his health issues. On this journey, he went deep with many different plant medicines to find that many of his health issues were rooted in deep trauma. Along his journey, he realized that a significant part of his healing was around forgiving his father and healing their relationship.

Danny and John come from similar backgrounds and similar trauma regarding their father which creates the foundation for a very emotional episode.
