Daniel, Shahbaz, & Anthony review Martin Scorsese's KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON based on the novel by David Grann. At the turn of the 20th century, oil brought a fortune to the Osage Nation, who became some of the richest people in the world overnight. The wealth of these Native Americans immediately attracted white interlopers, who manipulated, extorted, and stole as much Osage money as they could before resorting to murder. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, and Lily Gladstone, with Jesse Plemons, Tantoo Cardinal, John Lithgow, and Brendan Fraser. Killers of the Flower Moon releases in theatres October 20, 2023, by Apple TV+ (under their Apple Original Films label) and Paramount Pictures with a streaming release on Apple TV+ coming at a later date.
