Reasons to rethink your next drink

Most of us enjoy an alcoholic beverage or two but we put little thought into whether that occasional drink with our friends is doing us any harm. In this episode, I take a look at the latest research on the health impacts of consuming moderate amounts of alcohol. I discuss how the body processes alcohol, and what it does to the brain and body, from neurodegeneration to hormonal imbalances and impacts in women, and cancers.
