We learn about what life was like, in the late 1990s, in I.T., from one woman's perspective, while this was happening. One afternoon, ghost grandma and grandpa needed to talk. Channeling spirit can be intense, funny, and baffling, and I share what it's like. They loved their grandkid, he was in trouble, and that's the only reason they were talking to me.
