7. Reviewing My Last 6 Months of Trying to Quit Porn

It's been an interesting 6 or 7 months trying to quit porn. When I hit a really long streak last year, I honestly thought I'd become free for good.

But, it was not to be.

I relapsed and fell back into a spiral of relapse after relapse.

And then I met Mari and have sort of felt like she's saved me ever since.

It's been an absolute revelation for me to actually go and get some proper support from someone qualified in helping people through addiction.

And I think that was the first place for me to begin, acceptance of my addicted neural pathways.

It is not easy for the ego, but to quit this, one has to be brutally honest with themselves.

So, in this episode, I share my failing in business, my failures in trying to quit porn, and how things are definitely back on the up again now!
