Shandra Woworuntu had an established career in Indonesia. However, the financial crisis in the late 1990's left Shandra destitute. One day, she received an opportunity for a job in the land of her dreams, America. Little did Shandra know that this opportunity would result in her never seeing her homeland again...but this would go on to saving the lives of so many, many more people.
