In July of 1982, the movie Poltergeist was released in theaters and was a runaway success. As one of it’s stars, Dominique Dunne’s career began to take off. In October of 1982, 22 year old Dominique was beginning to prepare for her next role and was looking forward to her career’s growth off the success of Poltergeist.
