I wanted to end my life and I did not know who to tell.

As a person who revels about being open and honest and has a brand known for mental health awareness in the reality I have been hiding my true feelings in secret. I have been dealing with suicidal ideations intermittently late December of 2018. These dreaded feelings of pain were like a vice grip to my heart and were new for me. I thought not much of it as I don't believe I had such experiences as of late and it usually was my twin brother experiencing these thoughts and has been officially diagnosed with bipolar disorder. After a sudden breakthrough of receiving someone's negative critique of my interviews and it's ethics I realized I have done all this work and am not garnering a lot of views, so what was the point? Maybe he was right. I was about to give it all up until receiving an enormous amount of love and support from many people to keep continuing these interviews as I was told I have great talent and empathy for it. And I do love the interviews, just not the editing process as much as it is a very lonely process. I realized I was still quite unhappy and through this tower moment I decided to find an adoptee competent therapist to help me resolve my relationship, abandonment and rejection issues, and most importantly these negative feelings I been harboring about my life. I really do want to be happy, I want to be successful and find a stable relationship and these are the steps I decided to make. It was hard and it felt like starting over.
