EF#35: Cervical Mucus, Conceiving and Endometriosis with Lizzie Alexander

This episode goes into more detail into the importance of cervical mucus (CM), and follows on from the interview with Lisa Hendrickson-Jack in Episode 34 last week on using the Fertility Awareness Method. This is a huge component of fertility that is often overlooked and yet is something that can be improved. It is an area that research is still developing in relation to Endometriosis and its relationship to the vaginal microbiome.
