I was the wine consultant for Brix Wine & Charcuterie Boutique. I am still working on a magazine that showcases Detroit's growing hospitality choices, while I provide beverage consulting for other projects under development. I specialize in passing on knowledge to others via formal and informal tasting events. To me, wine and spirit education involves discovering what each individual likes or loves about that beverage. Wine/Spirit Education should not be limited to discussions on terroir and the right stemware for the right wine/spirit. While providing knowledge, I am able to expose brands that have not been shown to the demographic that I represent.
