As early as 14 years old, he decided to attend the Oenological School in Alba, the most prestigious wine school in Italy. During those 6 years he focused on oenology, agronomy and chemistry, grew his experience in wineries in France and Spain, Upon completion of his studies, in 2010, Lorenzo graduated summa cum laude with the title of Oenologist. Since then he has been working full time with his family, participating in every step of the process, from the vineyards to the winemaking and sales management in Italy and globally.
