During this session, Tom talks about his unconventional journey, for example - the first programming job he was getting paid only $.25 more than his last employer, Target. In April of 2020, The Next Steps team was motivated to help individuals who are pursuing careers in engineering, technology, and entrepreneurship, but found themselves paralyzed by the COVID19 Pandemic.
