114. Trusting Your Decisions

Making decisions during the challenging journey of infertility can be a daunting task. Every step forward can be accompanied by doubt, causing us to second-guess our choices. There is hope, though! Myself and many of my clients have felt this way and have been able to reevaluate our priorities and where we are spending our time and energy so we can move forward through this challenging time and feel confident in the next step. It's easy to second guess ourselves, but after listening to this podcast episode, you'll feel confident in this phase of your life as you because the better version of yourself that you'll be proud of.
