Reshma Saujani, founder of Girls Who Code, joins host Sophia Amoruso to discuss her new book, Brave, Not Perfect: Fear Less, Fail More, And Live Bolder. In it, Saujani argues that there's a stark, cultural difference in how we are raising boys and girls to approach risk-taking and failure. As in, boys are taught to embrace risk and see failure as inevitable while girls are taught to strive for perfection and to lean toward what they're good at.
