I’m joined by Lauren Mahon; a dear friend of mine. We recorded in season 3(!), I didn’t know her then and off the back of the original episode, we have become firm friends. She’s the woman behind Girl Vs Cancer and a pioneer when it comes to talking about cancer, changing the narrative and bringing some positivity during dark times. Lauren was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 31 and started her platform to help herself and those around her going through the same diagnosis’s and navigate the rollercoaster that is a cancer journey. We met at hers and ate her favourite take out - Deeney's!
