Sassafras Lowrey is an award-winning author whose books have been honored by organizations ranging from the American Library Association to the Dog Writers Association of America. Sassafras’ dog books include: Tricks In The City, Healing/Heeling, Bedtime Stories for Rescue Dogs and Chew This Journal: An Activity Book For You And Your Dog forthcoming in December 2020. Sassafras runs the YouTube channel Introvert Circus and is a Certified Trick Dog Instructor (CTDI). Sassafras writes and trains in Portland, Oregon.
