Ep. 49 - Regret after a breakup

As an expert at breakups, I see two forms of regret after a breakup occurs. The first kind is regret about how you behaved during the relationship, especially after you’ve learned everything I’ve taught you in the podcast. The second kind is regret about your decision to leave the relationship (if you’re the one who left). In today’s episode, I talk about how regret can be useful and how it can also (and more oftentimes) be used as punishment.
