Tam works within the Central Behaviour Team at the Dogs Trust supporting cross-directorial internal teams by creating welfare-driven, evidence-based educational resources, for professionals and owners, that focus on dog behaviour, training and welfare. The aim of Dogs Trust’s Central Behaviour Team is to underpin the work of the organisation with behavioural considerations for optimising canine welfare.
