Geoff will guide us through Dublin’s newest distillery and then take us through a tasting of a selection of The Dublin Liberties Distillery range of Irish Whiskeys. What a way to end the year!

Our Cocktail of the Week is a take on an Old Fashioned called “A Measure of Attitude”.

Ingredients:

• 50ml Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey
• Teaspoon Merlet Crème de Pêche
• 8ml Bénédictine
• 2 Dashes Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Decanter Bitters

Method:

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir. Serve into a tumbler glass with a block of ice. Express a lemon peel over the cocktail and discard peel.
