Sarah Fletcher emailed last year: "Hi Mark, I just signed up on your Patreon. I've been listening for a long time and decided it was time to pay back for all of that great music. I discovered the Gothard Sisters, who are from my town, right here on your podcast. Well, I really decided to support your podcast because you have expressed on many occasions your support for diversity in Celtic music and you have highlighted many female and LGBT artists. This touched me especially as many in these underrepresented groups struggle to find a voice. Thank you and keep up the great work. A devoted listener."

Phillip More emailed: "Hello mark, I've been listening to your podcast music for I don't remember how long , I've tracked my family tree back to 1463 to Ireland and lately I have picked up a new hobby , I make cigar box guitars electric /acoustic 3 string and 4 string , I was wondering if any of the bands you work with have ever used them thank you for your time"

Jeffrey Adelsberger emailed: "Marc, Thank you for your great podcast. I discovered while doing my yearly search for music to add to my collection to prep for St. Paddy's. I was able to get the music offered easily.

I grew up in a family that appreciated bands like the dubliners and I Grew to appreciate trad before expanding my tastes with more rock oriented Irish stuff (Pogues to drop kick Murphys and such). Gaelic Storm and Cean are two bands that probably represent my current listening interests best. I recently got into Coig after seeing them at the Maryland Irish Festival. We had the pleasure to visit Ireland last summer and I was gearing up to doing a heavy St Pats week before everything went south. This podcast has helped deal with it."
