Josh is the top ranked athlete from Australia since his victory at the ADCC Oceanic trials. He has become well known for achieving this amazing feat with only two years of Jiu-Jitsu training.

In this interview, Josh talks about how training in martial arts has helped his mental health and life off the mats. We also discuss how to accelerate your learning and achieve the goals you have in life.

We discuss why Josh believes that visualizing your victorious moments in life is such a critical part of achieving your goals. He talks about the importance of becoming magnetic so that your goals materialize inside of the physical world.
