In our first live and in-studio Session since the pandemic began in 2020, host Justin Crossley is back at the helm with some very special guests. First off, just like on our very first show way back in 2005, Chris Graham from MoreBeer! joins the Session, this time as co-host. Chris and Justin are also joined by Jacque and Ryan Fields from Wild Fields Brewhouse in Atascadero, CA. We discuss their truly fantastic beer and Ryan's take on the brewing process, including fermenting super dry beer and adjusting the grain bill to maintain mouthfeel.
